It certainly taught me a lot about leadership, respect, and hard work. It also rekindled my love for the outdoors which became a full-fledged obsession after I left the BSA.
wow! Eagle Scout! what do you like about being an Eagle Scout? :)
It might be a fish crow, huh? Thank you again, Joshua! Fish crows that have been living in Australian Pines at our best beach were harassing protected nesting birds! The town then removed the Australian Pines from the public beach area. They also removed them from the other beach with nesting birds too. So it would be nice to get that sighting done in a place where they are not causing harm! Thanks again!
Joshua G! Thank you for your help with this gull too! You rock with the gulls, man!
Your very welcome! You may not think that your gull spotting matters, but I can assure you that any photo documentation of an unusual looking juvenile gull is of great importance on the web. I am a lefty also. I am the lead guitarist in my church's worship team and I like to play a wide array of rock music.
Joshua, thank you for confirming what I was feeling about the gull. It's beak did seem too short, but I put down the same ID for it. And it looks like you are a fellow lefty? What guitar music do you like?
