Description:

A climbing perennial plant with a woody base and herbaceous stems that twine around fences, other plants and on themselves. Sap white and poisonous. Leaves hears shaped, opposite. Flowers starry, green, white centred and pending. Fruit with two distinct follicles.

Habitat:

hot desert and savannas
