Small dragonfly casing (2cm long) found on a water daffodil leaf, in a small container pond.

No problem. :D I doubt you can get it to species, though, so I'd put Onondata, which is the scientific name for all dragonflies, under the scientific name. No problem! :)
Lol, now you've pointed it out, it seems completely obvious! I have photos of dragonfly cases from last year, but they are much bigger...of course the dragonflies keep growing, don't they? Shedding their skins like a snake.... Thanks, jgorneau!
That sounds about right! Remember, dragonflies break out of those because they can't fit anymore. :)
I did think that at first, but maybe it's too small? Sorry, should have put a size in the description. It's only 2cm long at the most.
