Field Notes

Description:

About 20 mm in length. Pronotum is convex in the center and concave at the edges. There is a large black triangle extending from the just short of the anterior margin to just short of the posterior margin and extending to about 2/3 of the posterior lateral margin. Elytra mostly black but with thin yellow margins

Habitat:

Deciduous forest.
