This spotting is Calotes rouxii. Psammophilus dorsalis superficially resembles this spotting but note, it has a much larger area of red/orange, it has shorter spines, and it does not have faint lines radiating from the eyes, as does this spotting. Here is a red/orange forest Calotes http://www.indianaturewatch.net/displayimage.php?id=236181 Most importantly, Psammophilus dorsalis is found on the east side of India http://maps.iucnredlist.org/map.html?id=170420 and this spotting is on the west within the range of Calotes rouxii.
