Like MaryLou has stated this is one or the other, and I would suspect it is the gray simply because it is more common, and generally larger. I will post some better quality shots of a spotting of mine then can be found on the two links that MaryLou has posted. Nothing wrong with the information on either sight, but their photos could show a bit more detail at least in my mind. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/12000490
It's either a Cope's gray treefrog or an eastern gray treefrog. The two are indistinguishable by appearance alone, and they overlap in the area in which you spotted this one. The yellow flashing on the hind legs is the best way to determine that it is a gray treefrog. I would just list it as gray treefrog with both scientific names (Hyla versicolor / Hyla chrysoscelis) Also, here are good websites for both species http://eol.org/pages/1019233/overview http://eol.org/pages/331209/overview
