Definitely not Platyptilia - generally those species do not roll their wings so tightly. This is some kind of Hellinsia, quite possibly Hellinsia homodactylus.
Hmm...I really don't think it is Platyptilia sp., because most of them have really brown markings all over. http://bugguide.net/node/view/21673
I saw the same thing the other day! I would love to find a specific ID for it.
