Belongs to the buttercup family. Native to central and nothern Europe, Asia, and Eastern North America. Bisexual flower. Apears from late winter to spring.

Habitat:

Sunny forest or river bank spots

Notes:

One of the first flowers to bloom in spring in Lithuania
