Field Notes

Description:

Small fly/bee ~ 1 mm, white face and yellow and black abdomen. Would fly around to different leafs and flowers and when standing would wiggle it's abdomen up and down.

Old horse pasture

Thank you, That should help narrow it down a little.
There are 16 different species of hoverfly, not sure which one this is but they are of the insect family: Syrphidae...!
