I just read about 'Rosa radrazz' species and genus and now I am wondering what the process is for a 'new' species to become an official genus.species. Can you help with that?

Hi Kirby and welcome to Project Noah. Can you please add photos of the rest of the plant? Just seeing a leaf doesn't teach us much or allow us to appreciate your identification. Also please don't put anything into the scientific name field unless it is a proper scientific binomial taxonomy. Thanks.
