Field Notes

Description:

about 2 cm in length, and when it flew off, the wings were orange colored

Habitat:

spotted on an acacia tree in a coastal desert wadi

Notes:

From my research, I can only find 4 species in this family reported in Sinai:
Cercinthus lehmanni
Phyllomorpha laciniata
Arenocoris intermedius
Microtelocerus testaceus
