Description:

Large well-camouflaged Leaf-footed Bug on the bark of a tree. It was so well disguised that I almost put my hand on it while climbing. It was missing one back leg. About 4.5 cm long. Family Coreidae.

Habitat:

Heavy shrubbery along the highway between San Cristobal de Las Casas and Tuxtla Gutierrez, km 11.5, 865 meters.
