Description:

The leopard frog has dextral vent placement, a dorsal eye location, is small- medium in size, the tail fin pattern is clear with little small dots or none at all, their body coloration is brown with golden specks,
Their gut is visible and they have 3 rows of teeth.

Habitat:

Found in the shallow edges of a river, under rocks. This one was located in the Dupage River going through Hammel Woods in Plainfield, Il.
