It's an Ischnura species. The most common in Europe is Ischnura elegans, but that one is replaced by Ischnura graellsii in Spain and Portugal.
Hello Carol, there are many kinds of dragonflies (libéluas). I think it is better if scientists, biologists and other experts from Project Noah identify the different animals and not us. Greetings
