Description:

An attractive, medium sized butterfly, predominantly orange in colours, approx a bit over 4cm in wingspan.

Habitat:

Common African butterfly, found all over the continent south of Sahara, usually in forests and savanna. Here, seen in an urban park, well maintained and close to a larger forest.
