Thank you Sachin! Mary, I agree! I've seen some really pretty flies recently especially the scorpion flies. It's made me start to appreciate just how diverse this genus is!
Nice spot and photo - they come in other colors as well :) love how shiny they are. Hard to refer to a fly as pretty, but these really are :)
