Nice shot. It looks like dancing.
Great spotting! This is a beautiful Mantis from Family Mantidae. It is in a defensive posture. They do that when they feel threatened (usually by predators). The display can scare a potential predator away. It looks like a male since it has a fairly slender abdomen. I am not sure of the species at this time.
