Thank you. Mayflies traditionally have three cerci but sometimes two. I am not accustomed to seeing those with two so this detail distracted me. I was distracted sufficiently to not notice that it is a single mayfly with its reflection in a mirror, and not two specimens at all. Amazing how easily the powers of observation fail us...
Diganta, I have made a clumsy spelling error of your ID suggestion. It should read Ephemeroptera according to the suggestion of Jolly who was totally correct. You will need to correct my spelling mistake on your title. Thanks
Hi Diganta, you placed ephemiptera as scientific name. where did it come from? I cannot find it anywhere in the net neither in entomology books.
