Orange wings with black veins, double row of white spots on black wing borders, on hindwings of males specialized scales form a black spot along a vein.

Habitat:

Open field next to a large lake.

Notes:

Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area, Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada.

Lovely shot. I would so love to see one. We donot have these in India.
