Field Notes

Description:

Presence of a "tuft" in the head of the animals, more prominent in males.

Habitat:

Since the Amazon basin, passing across the Central Brazil to southern Brazil, also occurring in Paraguay and northeastern Argentina.

Notes:

This specimen is of the zoo in my city, "Ilha de São Pedro" ("St. Peter Island"), but lives free in a island appends the zoo. And, it a male.
