karenl seeing antennae it look like a moth
It's a species of Virbia, probably Virbia aurantiaca but there's no way to be sure without seeing the hindwings.
Hi there U1151994, thanks for your suggestion! It's not very clear from this photo, but this little guy had long antennae - plants hoppers have such tiny antennae they are practically invisible. This one is definitely a moth - but I agree they can look very similar!
I think its not a moth its plant hopper
