Description:

Peculiar Moth with a large thorax. The scales on the thorax are unusually large. It has a metallic blue tuft on the abdomen protruding up through the folded wings. It seems to have large hind legs sticking out the sides.

Habitat:

Came to the lights of a Gas Station on a rainy night, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
