Roses are a good plant for this time of year too. Though the plants at the rose garden near the falls don't look too great now, many are still blooming.
I'll keep that in mind, as I have very few flowers around my house. I've only got knockout roses.
No problem. Yes, mums do well in this season. They can handle frost and blooms last longer if it is cooler.

Yes, they are mums. They are a definite sign of fall. We are planting a lot of these in the gardens at work now.
