Description:

As shown in the photos and the video, these two bees were mating then a third bee bee tried to interrupt/join. When the two did finally get some peace, I observed them interlocking antennae, as shown in the first photo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rlpocl9jNeg

Thanks everyone. Mark, I agree it looks the same, if not very close. I wonder if the face color differences between the males and females could be helpful as an identification tool?
Looks like N fervida to my amateur eye. Cuckoo bees !?
