Description:

It is a fruit tree of the genus Citrus, which is part of the family of the Rutaceae. It is a medium-sized tree - although in optimum conditions of crop reaches up to 13 m tall-, perennial, large cup, round or pyramidal, with oval leaves ranging from 7 to 10 cm of whole margin and often stipulated and branches sometimes with large spines (more than 10 cm). Their white flowers, called azahar, isolated or are born in clusters and are very fragrant. Its fruit is sweet orange.

Habitat:

It is cultivated in orchards and gardens.

Notes:

This fruit is abundant in many places, it is also very used to the world production.
