More probably P. paniculata.
Yes, from these pics I can see it's Phlox, JDP is right. This is why its so important to put clear pics of the whole plant, thanks.
This is Phlox, but I'm having trouble pinning down the species. It may be a white cultivar of Phlox glaberrima.

This is a little to close for me to ID, do you have any pics of the whole plant? I have an idea but need to see more to be sure.
