Painted Turtle

Every day that I come to this little cove I see about 8-10 turtles and tons of other active wildlife. It gets really active later from around noon to just before sunset. This is due to the fact that it is still cool out because it is still spring and the suns rays are needed to warm up the area and increase activity.
