Description:

A type of Raspberry native to parts of Southeast Asia and Australia.

Habitat:

Seen growing wild along a trail through highland farms and secondary forest near the village of Siulak Deras on the edge of the Kerinci Seblat National Park, Sumatra, Indonesia.

Notes:

It was delicious.

I ,ve spotted in Malaysian highland, but the berries have paler color compare to your spotting.. I manage to grow the lowland type. R.moluccanus ,the R. rosifolius seeds i have sown for two month with no sign of growth.
I'm very tempted to go back and dig a few up for my garden!
I like this one ,very healthy specimen, you can grow as hedge..and harvest the berries
