Please check geographical distribution carefully. The Black and Orange Flycatcher (Ficedula nigrorufa) is endemic to parts of south India, and is not found in Nepal. Also, the tail of the Black and Orange Flycatcher is pure orange unlike the bird in the photo. There are other differences, including the bill shape.
