Field Notes

Description:

The second of two very tiny snail shells that fell out of a much larger shell (see spotting http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/16502090) I had found (see the first at http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/14256040). This one measure ~5 mm.

There was a third shell but was so brittle it fell apart before I could photograph it.

Habitat:

Wet marshy area.

Notes:

The photos were taken with a Digital Blue QX5 USB Microscope at 10X power.
