Field Notes

Description:

Minute grey pudgy hexapod with tiny antennae. It is suggested they are Poduromorpha.
The orange ones are possibly Vitronura giselae. http://bugguide.net/node/view/617159

Habitat:

Under fallen bark in a wet garden bed.

Species ID Suggestions

The gray ones are in the order Poduromorpha (class Collembola) but I'm not sure of the ID past that. The orange ones look a lot like the species Vitronura giselae: http://bugguide.net/node/view/258732/bgpage
