Habitat:

The Cape Mountain Cockroach, Giant Cockroach or Table Mountain Cockroach (Aptera fusca) is a large cockroach which is widespread on low vegetation in open areas in the fynbos biome of the Western Cape region of South Africa.

No, I meant, looking for guys who can help supply me with some. I've found what may be a new Aptera species locally but I don't really know
Hi Cameron, Im not sure if these guys are seen in the Free State. They are easily found on the local fynbos here in the Western Cape!
To think I've been looking for these for so long then I come onto this site and see so many people who've found them. I've always been fascinated with this species so if you'd be able to help me out with even one breeding pair, let me know :)
