Description:
"Tūī are unique to New Zealand and belong to the honeyeater family, which means they feed mainly on nectar from flowers of native plants." NZ Department of conservation.
Habitat:
Native New Zealand bush, but often seen in suburban areas. This one was in a tree in Auckland.
