Field Notes

Description:

Segmented, black and flat with an orange stripe down each side of its body. As long as an average earthworm but thicker and flatter. Not sure why it was on a dry walking trail, but there was water nearby. Any ID help would be wonderful!

Habitat:

Woodland, near a pond.
