Description:

Tortricid moth. 8 mm total length.The appearance of this species is highly variable. This particular moth was tan with dark brown markings.

Habitat:

Attracted to a moth light in a rural backyard.

I spent an hour looking for this with zero luck. Although it sure looks Tortricidae should we try others?
