Yes, I agree with Scott: is a walking iris. I think is Neomarica longifolia, such as in my spotting below: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7396061
This looks like a "yellow walking iris". Unfortunately there are 2 closely related species that use this name ( Trimezia steyermarkii or Neomarica longifolia ) and I can't help try and figure out which one without seeing more of the plant. You might be able to tell them apart by using the information here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trimezia#Distinction_from_Neomarica . I don't know if there is a version of this page available in Español. Good luck.
