This plant is a weed. Its height is about 6-7 inches long. As you can see, its roots are visible from the outside.

Habitat:

According to environment.gov.au, a weed can inhabit any environment no matter the conditions. Sometimes it can even colonize ecosystems that sis not previously exist.
