Description:

pinus strobus, commonly denominated the eastern white pine, northern white pine, white pine, Weymouth pine, and soft pine is a large pine native to eastern North America

Habitat:

White pine trees can be found anywhere from dry rocky ridges to sphagnum bogs. It tends to prefer cool, humid areas with well-drained soils. This tree is found anywhere from the central to eastern parts of Canada and the U.S., as well as in parts of Europe.

Notes:

These are popular for bordering properties in my neighborhood
