As the Founder of OffChance, I’ve led the launch of multiple profitable, lifestyle-aligned brands from our Houston-based studio and holding company. I’m also the Co-Founder of Somco Capital, where we develop commercial real estate to empower operators—flipping the traditional landlord model on its head. Through RemoTeams, our offshore talent agency, we power all of our ventures with world-class global teams. My work is about integration—bringing together real estate, talent, and brand under one ecosystem so that interesting people can do interesting things. Today, I focus on designing environments, businesses, and communities that support creativity, ownership, and meaningful growth.
