William E. Trowell is an independent Construction Project Manager with a foundation in smart building strategies. After graduating from BCIT’s Construction Management program in 2023, he has led projects across residential and commercial sectors in Trail, BC. William’s strengths include contract interpretation, permit compliance, and efficient project delivery using lean construction techniques and BIM coordination tools.
