The three organizations have come together to develop an educational trail system on the North side of Hutton Settlement. The goal is to educate West Valley Students in all content areas while focusing on Science. The trail is approximately 2 miles long and leads through pine forest, grass lands and more. Students will utilize Project Noah for documenting the biotic factors found at the site. Students will be given a chance to experience "real-world science" while exposing them to nature.
Find the trail head near the barbecue shelter and swim pool. Head Northwest along the trail through the pine forest, and then return near the old plum drying facility through the grasslands. Document all living factors of note. Enjoy the adventure.
**This mission is for individuals associated with Hutton Settlement and West Valley only. The property is private, and cannot be accessed without permission.**
