Silverwood Park, part of Three Rivers Park District, is an art focused nature center. Located on Silver Lake, on the site of a former Salvation Army camp, recreational activities include picnicking, bird-watching, hiking, 1.06 miles of paved trail, canoeing and fishing.
There is a rotating gallery of nature based artwork and a cafe inside the visitor center.
