Cataloging the trees of Michigan in order to notice patterns of species location.

Snap photos of leaves, bark, seeds, branches and roots to help create a comprehensive guide to which trees grow in Michigan and where. Identify the tree if you can, if not, ask for help! Be sure to note any special features of the tree, such as nests or other signs of animal use, as well as the type of location you found it in (urban, edge habitat, forest, savannah, wetland, etc.)

Good luck!
