Mission Description
Wolf Prairie is a remnant of the Gulf Coastal Prairie Ecosystem. After time spent as a rice field and cow pasture, Wolf Prairie has become part of Westside High School's property. The Environmental Science classes have been working in conjuction with community partners to restore the native biodiversity of the area. We envision a tall grass prairie which demonstrates the beauty of this ecosystem.
