Description:

"Native to Asia and grown in the United States for its attractive flowers, this deciduous tree grows 5-12 m tall with a broad crown. Flowers consist of dense clusters of stamens 2-3 cm long that resemble white or pink silky threads. These sweetly scented flowers attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds."

Habitat: Full sun to partial shade, present along roadsides and in any disturbed habitat.

The Mimosa tree can grow up to be 15 to 20 feet tall. The bark is smooth when young. The bark is a brownish-Gray color. The leaves are dark green. There are 12 to 20 leaves on each stem. The leaves are compound. The Rubra Mimosa tree is mostly used for making medicine.
The Mimosa can grow up to 5-12 m tall with a broad crown. The full sun to partial shade, present along roadsides and in any disturbed habitat. It grows medium-sized tree up to 12 m, with fast growth rate. The mimosa usually grows in the Spring-Summer. The leaves can be dark green and also have beans inside of it.
This tree is native to Asia but is grown in the United States.This tree has attracting flowers. And it can grow up to 5-12m with a broad crown it's flowers grow up to 2-3cm long. It resembles whit and pink silky threads. It's huney attract the most bee's butterflies, and humming birds.
