Description:

A foliose lichen of pale green-yellowish-orange color, forming circular plaques (some 5 or so cm in diameter) on bare rocks. The exterior range of the circle is brighter in color, pale green-yellow and flattened, typically foliose. The central part is darker orange, where the fruiting bodies, in form of orange discs, are found.

Habitat:

Rocks in maritime pine forest, positions well exposed to sun.
