It's hard to tell without a more zoomed in picture but do they look the same as this spotting close up? If so, see the ID. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/18225059

It looks very interesting but could you elaborate? It is hard to tell from the picture if it is eggs or some type of fungus?! Thank you for sharing.
