Description:

Parmotrema perforatum is a species of Fungi in the family Parmeliaceae. Characteristics: foliose, loosely adnate, lobed, upper surface gray, apothecia present and common, lower surface black to brown with rhizines - the black hairs that are visible.

Habitat:

Spotted on an oak limb.
