Description:

Air Plants. There are lots and lots of air plants at the Rawlings Conservatory in Baltimore. I have spotted just a few in these pictures. A unique type of plant that can grow without soil. Air plants are very hardy and require less attention than other house plants. They need bright, filtered light. Air conditioning in home is good for them. Can survive with water misting. Fertilize by adding a pinch of orchid fertilizer to your mister.

Habitat:

Howard Peters Rawlings Conservatory & Botanic Gardens in Baltimore, Maryland
