Description:

Slender orange bush is a light green fruticose lichen that has highly branched tufts that usually end with orange tips.

Habitat:

Mostly found on hardwood bark in woodlands usually in coastal forests and swamps. Spotted at the Bois D'Arc Creek Wildlife Management Area in southwestern Arkansas. A floodplain woodland.
